Dr Ron Ehrlich, or ‘Dr. Ron’ as he is affectionately known, is one of Australia’s leading holistic health advocates, educators, a podcaster and an author, with over 40 years of clinical experience.

Dr Ron Ehrlich is a leading advocate in holistic health and workplace wellbeing, with over 40 years of clinical experience. As the founder of the Sydney Holistic Dental Centre in 1983, he developed a unique approach to stress and integrative health, encompassing connections between oral health and systemic health.

His acclaimed book, A Life Less Stressed: The 5 Pillars of Health and Wellness (Scribe Publications, 2018), provides a practical framework for achieving optimal health and performance. Published internationally, it has influenced individuals and professionals in the UK, USA, and Australia.

A passionate educator and communicator, Dr Ron has recorded over 600 podcast episodes, sharing innovative insights on health, stress management, and workplace well-being. His weekly podcast, Unstress Health with Dr Ron Ehrlich, discusses topics that help people take control of their health and realise their potential.

In 2024, he launched the Unstress Health platform and community aimed at promoting personal and workplace well-being.

Its mission is clear: to empower individuals and teams to build resilience, improve mental and physical health, and fulfil their potential.
